Maintenance
Before you move into your apartment, we will paint and deep clean your unit. Additionally, we will inspect the unit for any necessary repairs or maintenance. We will also ensure that all your utilities are set up and functioning properly before your move-in date.
If it is regular maintenance from our team, no, you do not have to be present.
You can submit a maintenance request online. Sending maintenance requests on our resident portal is the most efficient, and it is designed to make your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing the portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
During office hours, our team can assist. After hours, a locksmith will need to be contacted.

Yes! Our community is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are important members of your family, and we welcome them on our property. Ask our team for more information on our pet policy.

Typically, it takes about 48 hours for a unit application to be processed and approved. During this time, the property management team will review the application, conduct background and credit checks, verify income and employment information, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.
Your options for paying rent include using the online resident portal or by making payments in the office with personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks.
Yes, we require a renters insurance policy that carries $100,000 personal liability coverage. We also recommend getting insurance for your contents. We offer an insurance policy that can be purchased through the community. Ask your onsite team for more details!
Your rent includes a Spectrum community wifi package which includes cable and internet.
All utilities are conveniently handled by The Teale New Haven as part of your lease.
Water, sewer, and electricity are a flat rate of $36. Cable/Internet, Valet Trash, and pest control are all included.

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Communal space use is fee-free to our residents and are available on a first come-first serve basis.

After you apply and pay your application fee, there are no other fees until you move in. When you move in you will pay your deposit, pro rated rent and utility fee.
